The Gray’s Island House is a newly constructed cottage retreat nestled in the coolness of the maritime forest, 1.5 minutes from the beach, Maritime Market and emergency services. Listen to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy the intimate views of the forest canopy from two 40’ screened porches. The interior has been professionally decorated in nautical/coastal décor with hardwood floors and bead board ceilings throughout. The first floor features three bedrooms. (king, queen, two twins) that open to a screened porch. The second floor features the great room with 42” plasma TV, DVD, surround sound and fireplace, dinning area and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and three doors leading to the 2nd floor screened porch. The 3rd floor has a large tower room with 2 twin fold out sleepers and 17 windows to enjoy the forest view.  There are a total of 13 ceiling fans.
